Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from design to completion
✅ Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
✅ Supervise and coordinate site staff, subcontractors, and material suppliers
✅ Implement Health, Safety, and Environmental policies in line with legislation
✅ Monitor project progress, conduct risk assessments, and manage cost control
✅ Lead, motivate, and communicate with teams to drive performance and efficiency
Requirements:
🔸 Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
🔸 Certification in HIRA, Construction Regulations, Working at Heights, and First Aid
🔸 Proven experience managing multi-million rand projects across various industries
🔸 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
🔸 Willingness to travel and work on-site across different locations
